The Opportunity:
In collaboration with State Licensing's Management team, the Team Lead of State Licensing will be responsible for leading a team of Licensing Coordinators in building relationships with physicians and State Licensing Boards across the country to license our medical providers in a timely manner.

In this role, you will:
Assist physicians with the application process to licensure Distribute and prioritize work based on the needs of the business, impact to Medicus, and team capacity Serve as the primary escalation point for internal business partners, Licensing Coordinators, providers, State Licensing Boards, and clients in the resolution of issues Identify creative solutions to complex situations and operational problems to improve efficiency and/or engagement.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and functional areas throughout the organization Work with your coordinators to develop their skills and capabilities, now and in relation to professional goals they have as their career at Medicus progresses Manage a que of licensing requests and action items (tasks) as needed to support team capacity Assist in hiring, on-boarding and development of new coordinators Play a lead role in design and implementation of system and processes changes to ensure adoption and achievement of desired outcomes Here's what we look for:
